2 . Click on My Account.
3. Then Click on E-Care
4 . If you have not Activated you ecare account then Click on => Activate Your ecare account
6 . Choose your Certificate Type. Most of you should have bought your Ncell SIM with Citizenship
7 . In Certificate No : Please enter your Citizenship No and Click Validate the Customer info
1 . In Login type : Individual
2 . MDN : Enter your Ncell number
3 . Password : Your ecare password, which you have registered while Activating your ecare account.
4. Verification Code : Just type the numbers you see in the right.
After login ..
8 . Click Business Info Maintain Down
9 . And Click on Send SMS
